SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE

The Student Improvement Committee is made up of team leaders from each grade level and specialist area team. This group of teacher leaders is fundamental to the overall improvement and organization of the school. They are highly invaluable to ASFM’s professional learning community and the process of colloraboration that is essential to teaching and learning. The role of the Team Leader covers responsibilities in four main areas:

• Management of Nuts& Bolts
• Leadership
• Curriculum Leadership
• Curriculum Development and Monitoring

We are indebted to our teacher leaders for their unconditional commitment and hard work on behalf of their team and the school improvement efforts.
