The American School Foundation of Monterrey is a community of learners, engaged in the search for and sharing of knowledge and experience among its members. This community, composed of students, parents, teachers, support service personnel and administrators, recognizes and is enriched by the fact that each member brings their own personal experiences, national heritage, language and family customs and values to our institution. Each member is a unique individual, possessing a wealth of thoughts and feelings that are most valuable when shared with others. Therefore, faculty and administrators hope to awaken in every student a feeling of self-worth and sincere respect for others.

Beyond our interest in education as preparation for the future, our genuine concern must be for the quality of the school experience in its own right. We strive to create a learning environment, which promotes positive growth of our students, cognitively, socially, physically and emotionally.
