Admissions

If you are seeking admission for your child(ren) to the American School Foundation of Monterrey, please download the following forms, complete them, and send them to the school as soon as possible. Please use phone (52) 81-5000-4400 or fax (52) 81-8378-2535.	Click on either of the following links to view a letter of welcome from the Principal of either the Nursery/Elementary Campus or the Middle/High School Campus. Please take the time to read the appropriate letter.

Application (4 pages)	This 4 page form should be filled out by the family and returned to the school by fax or mail. Details can be found on the form itself.
Recommendation (2 pages)	This 2 page form is a confidential recommendation which must be filled out by a teacher of your son/daughter.
