The Alumni Office at ASFM is seeking to update all alumni information and to provide information sharing services for alumni. You can do this in a number of ways.

1. Download our Registration Form, fill it in, and return it to the school offices. OR
2. Please send us an e-mail by clicking here with the following details:
   • First Name,
   • Last Name,
   • Second Last Name,
   • MarriedName (if applicable),
   • Address,
   • Home Phone,
   • Cellular Phone,
   • Email address,
   • Birth Date,
   • Occupation,
   • Last grade level you finished at ASFM,
   • which calendar year that was
   • Class of _________
   • (for example: If you attended until 9th grade and that was 1975 , you would put 9th, 1975, Class of 1978)
