HOPE Program


Helping Other People in our Environments is an activity for 3rd, 4th and 5th grades.

The objective of the program is to develop in our kids an awareness of the importance of contributing to their community by helping others.

Here are some photos from some of the various activities for different grade levels over the last several years.

2008 - 2009 Activities
 
1st grade

"Brighten the lives of others” 1st grade kids work with Destellos de Luz, they get to know their limitations and spend good time together.

“Everybody smiles in the same language” These students work with TEDI an organization that has children with Down Syndrome.

“Everyone is Important” Third graders take care of Guards, and school personnel and their families.

4th grade

The only way to have a friend is to be one” This group of students works with “Casa Paterna la Gran Familia” they visit their house and host a party for them.

"Do what you can, with what you have, where you are" This group of students lead the Tarahumara Milk Drive and they also have visits to “Hogar de la Misericordia”.
