Tutoring

We have certified health professionals at each of our schools to handle emergencies as well as sicknesses. ASFM also offers programs and conferences to promote healthy lifestyles of and among students.

The clinics at each campus are equipped with all necessary medical supplies adequate for injuries, traumas or illnesses.

Effective August 1, 2005, ASFM contracted the emergency medical services of EMME for both the Missouri Campus and the Huasteca Campus. What this means is that in the event of any serious accident or emergency medical condition that occurs on either of our campuses, we can call EMME and they will dispatch an emergency medical vehicle to the appropriate campus. Many incidents can be handled on site, but if hospital attention is needed, one would be cared for by EMME's trained medical team while being transported to the hospital in their emergency medical vehicle. Our doctor/nurse will remain the first line of defense and they would normally be the one(s) to decide if we need to call EMME, but if it appears that there is a life or death situation, office secretaries and/or guards will have the EMME emergency numbers as well.
